Stuff The Bus

We are partnering with the Vancouver Mall for a Stuff the Bus Event!

Join us on Saturday August 15th from 1-3 p.m. to celebrate starting a new school year. We are meeting up at the Vancouver Mall Center Court (right outside Round1 inside the mall) to help set the students up for success and spread awareness about the Evergreen School District Foundation. We will be taking donations of new school supplies towards our Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive! Get a look at how much a donation can impact students in Evergreen Public Schools.

There will also be crafts, like custom key chains, to keep the kids entertained and excited for the up coming school year. There will also be a chance to win a back-to-school shopping spree courtesy of the Vancouver Mall!*

*No purchase necessary, rules will be posted at the event.

Stuff The Bus is Evergreen School District Foundation’s annual school supply drive, helping ensure students and teachers have the tools they need for a successful school year. Donations are collected through several convenient drop-off locations throughout our community.

About:

For the 2026-2027 school year, we surveyed teachers across the district to learn which supplies are needed most. Every donated item goes directly to Evergreen schools, helping stock classrooms with the materials educators say will make the greatest impact for their students. Evergreen Public Schools serve more than 27,000 students at 38 schools with 48% of students from families with incomes below the federal poverty guidelines (i.e. qualifying for free or reduced-price meals). The Foundations goal is to reduce the worry and impact getting supplies has o both families and educators.
